Our Story
Trident Talent was founded in 2010 by a group of Caribbean hospitality operators frustrated with the same problem: finding great people for their properties was incredibly difficult.
International agencies did not understand Caribbean hiring -- the visa complexity, cultural differences, and island-by-island labor dynamics. So they built something different.
Fifteen years later, we have placed over 2,400 professionals across 30+ islands, maintained a 97% retention rate, and built the largest specialized hospitality talent database in the region.
